How do I connect my heating?
Open Settings, choose Restart setup, and pick your heating system when your home is scanned. Your controller does the connecting.
Why is this system asking me to sign in?
Some brands only allow access through your own account with them. You sign in on their page — never inside WRK Smart.
How do I create a scene?
Go to Scenes, tap Create scene, give it a name, choose the rooms it should affect and save.
How do I set a schedule?
Go to Schedules, tap Add schedule, choose what should happen, the time and the days.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Your home controller keeps running lights, heating, blinds and scenes inside the property. Only remote access pauses.
